Why can't I see my practice's benchmarking link?

Links for the benchmarking survey are unique to each practice and to limit the amount of conflicting data submitted by different practice employees, we limit the benchmarking link to a designated primary contact at the practice. If you are logged into Empower and do not see a link for the "Annual Survey" in the "My Practice" menu, you were likely not the primary contact in our records for the survey.

This can easily be changed by emailing data@aaoe.net and requesting that the primary contact be changed to you. We may confirm the change with the former primary contact to ensure that our records remain as accurate as possible.
