Email to reset password not received

Generally this is due to a SPAM filter preventing the email from arriving in your inbox, check your SPAM folder and make sure the email has not been directed to that folder.

If you've forgotten your password and you have not received the password reset link, the first step you should take is to check your SPAM filters. Sometimes our system-generated emails get caught in the layers of protections that practices have to keep their data safe. To prevent this in the future, whitelist in your email client by adding us to your address book or marking us as a trusted sender.

If your email is not showing up in your SPAM filter in your inbox, it could be trapped in other filters before they reached your mailbox. To prevent this in the future, speak with your IT department about whitelisting AAOE's domain ( on your practice's email servers.
