What are the Empower access levels?

Empower has the ability to delegate specific access to elements of the portal to staff based on the information you want them to see. Our default access for implementation contacts is full access to the portal which would allow the implementer to send surveys, upload imports, view insights, and upload registry data based on the practice's subscription type.

If you wish to delegate access to staff, this can be accomplished using this form. We'll need the staff members' name, email, and practice name as well as the level of access. Levels of access are displayed below:

Access Level Description
Full Access Provides complete access to Empower at the practice's chosen participation level. Users with this access level will be able to send surveys, add patients, view benchmarks, and/or upload registry data.
Data Import Only Allows the user to only import survey data into Empower. 
Surveys Only Allows the user to import survey data and/or send surveys to patients and view survey results.
Insights Only Allows the user to only view outcomes and satisfaction benchmarks.
Registry Only Allows the user to upload registry data and view quality benchmarks (when available).
Technical Setup Only Allows the user to set-up the Empower account and manage an HL7 configuration.
Employee Manager Allows the user to upload employees.
Patient Manager Allows the user to upload patients.
Practice Manager Allows the user to update practice information including locations, TIN, etc.
Procedure Manager Allows the user to set-up trigger procedures for surveys.
