The Food and Ankle Disability Index (FADI) Sport is a patient reported outcomes measure used to evaluate a patient’s degree of foot and ankle disability in sporting activities. It is scored on a scale of 0 to 32 with a score of 0 representing total foot and ankle disability in sport activities and a 32 representing perfect foot and ankle health in sport activities. Scores have been translated to percentages with 100% representing perfect foot and ankle health.
Baseline surveys are sent prior to the intervention for foot and ankle disability. In reviewing your physicians’ scores, you should expect to see a lower baseline score for patients followed by increasing scores with each subsequent administration point.
