How do I interpret the Net Promoter Score insights?

AAOE offers two versions of the Net Promoter Score for use in Empower:

 

Net Promoter Score – Physician

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) – Physician measures patient experience with a physician and predicts that patient's likelihood to promote the physician. Scores range from 0 – 10 with a 0 – 6 representing physician detractors, 7 – 8 representing passive patients, and 9-10 representing promoters of the physician. Empower displays a physician’s average net-promoter score.
