How do I interpret the ORT insights?

The Opioid Risk Tool (ORT) is a patient reported screening tool designed to assess the risk for opioid abuse among patients prescribed opioids for treatment of chronic pain. It is scored on a scale of 0 to 26 with a score of 0-3 indicating a lower risk for future opioid abuse and a score of 8-26 indicating a high risk for future opioid abuse.
